Corporate Events & Team Challenge

The Team Challenge:

Designed specifically for groups of 20 to 200 people our team challenge will see your group split into a number of smaller teams and compete against each other in a variety of fun tasks and group puzzles.

The activities selected will be appropriate to your group and will be suitable for all abilities as each activity is designed to encourage participation on many different levels. All events are scored and we will declare a winning team at the end of the event

All the tasks allow participants to choose the role they wish to take.  Active people will choose the the action tasks while others provide the brain power and motivation.  All the tasks and games feature communication and teamwork and are ideal for bringing people from different backgrounds together to compete and have fun. Each task typically lasts 20 minutes and the teams will then move on to the next task.  Our experienced team will set the scene and explain any rules  The team are then able to work out the best way to solve their task/puzzle.

We can and do often incorporate archery and other activities into the session.  

We can host our team challenge at our base at Les Maingys.  We are also able to use any other suitable venue including Herm or Sark . We have many other games and tasks as well as activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, abseiling and coasteering that you can choose to include at some venues.

Archery competitions are ideal for group bonding or socialising and are great fun too.
